Passu Cones are sharp, pyramid-shaped peaks in Upper Hunza Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. They’re part of the Batura Muztagh range of the Karakoram Mountains, with the highest peak (Passu Sar) about 7,478 m high.
Visible directly from the Karakoram Highway, the cones are famous for their dramatic, golden glow at sunrise and sunset. Nearby attractions include Passu Glacier, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, and Attabad Lake.
